    The 30 felt REALLY heavy today, even though I know I’ve done 35# before…should probably work on these more. I have a feeling that opportunity may come up soon though…

    14 cals – probably could have gotten more, but my focus was on finding a pace I can maintain solidly…still learning my way around this beast.

    Challenge: 100 burpees (50 before class, 30 between bench sets and 20 after the bike)

    That’s a pr for reps, I’ve only ever tried 120 and 135 for 1 reps before so I’m happy with that.

    First time ever doing these in 1.5 years at cam

    25-30-35-40(did both arms but coming back down at 40# with my left arm my shoulder tweaked so I didn’t try them again)

    Cal bike 45 seconds = 17 cal. Wasn’t feeling it after the shoulder tweak

    Board games were a daily thing in my house; sorry, monopoly, blokus, scrabble, crokinole, skipbo, kerplunk. We still play games with the kids every couple days, usually uno, monopoly, clue or wizard now (thanks mike for showing me wizard!)

    Today I shared the bar with Miss Heather!
    Last time I did bench I was told my new 1rep should be 120.. today I used that as my number..
    Maybe next time I’ll try 115 🤷‍♀️

    My left arm was unsteady, but I managed to keep it extended to finish the rep!

    Finished with 100 burpees, and cheered for Elba when she did hers..

    Then Janet and I rucked 9.59 km around the Coliseum and finished off with some steps 336 up and 336 down.. What a great idea!

      Favorite board game growing up was backgammon. Although we played Monopoly and a lot of card games like Agrivated Rummy, I have a short attention span, so shorter strategy games kept my attention 🤷‍♀️
