    Compared to Dec /17 completed 6 Rounds + 7 DL + 5 HSC at 60#…..so less reps, but 5# more.

    Brutal WOD. 1st Round was great. 2nd not so much. 3rd round on…..I had great conversations in my head convincing myself to pick up the damn bar between rounds.

    Did hang cleans as I fell on my knee the other day and still sore. Was even sore doing the push jerks. Failed my first attempt at my 6th round. Went lighter in my deadlift #s as I haven’t done them lately and I’m glad I did because they didn’t feel great. Off night for sure. This mama needs sleep.

    7+7 HPC but I dropped the bar as forearms were on fire. I had time to finish. Next year I’ll aim for 9 or so rounds
