    Started at 65, slowly worked up to 185. Felt good considering the time away and am pretty
    sure it is close to a PR .

    Got in my head.. felt great until it didn’t for no reason

    Started at 75, worked up to 180#, failed at 185# twice then worked back down and worked technique.

    My old PR is 165# so I’m happy with that for sure! At maritime mayhem I got 175# on a hang clean but have never often that high for a power clean before. Super happy with the 15# PR

    QOD – Moncton, lol, believe it or not. I lived in Toronto for the first 12 years of my life and came down to visit my Dad’s family at age of 4.

    Started at 95, slowly worked up to 230. Matched 1 rep PR. Failed 235 lift.

    Failed 95# twice, all in my head.
    All time PR is 95# from spring 2016.
