    Slept through my first alarm, woke up late, didn’t get any caffeine or enough water before getting out the door…just felt dry and dehydrated on these lifts. By the time I got to the final lift, I felt like if I hit 3 reps, I’d be doing good…so hitting 4 felt awesome.

    Good grippy WOD…went way too fast my first round, but made myself take 10 seconds before starting round 2. Very glad I did, because I would have been dead by round 3 if I kept up that pace.

    I honestly lost count of my rounds ..
    We think I did 3 rounds and I got to 6 leg raises in the 4th..
    After consulting with Matt I went Rx weight.. It was manageable and I did sets of 4.. Getting closer to the bar on the leg raises.. Real T2B feel possible!
    Jeana managed 15 reps at 40# for Back Squats.
    The surprise in her face when Matt suggested her new 1RM be 70# next time.. Priceless! ❤
    She used 20# for the wod and did leg raises.. She finished 4 rounds.. She even has a cute little blister to show off now.. 🤭
