Open Gym

The gym will be open today from 10am-12pm. No need to register. Just come by and work on anything you’ve missed or something you’ve been wanting to try.

    145 x 1 got heavy and there’s probably squats tomorrow so I stopped

    5 bar muscle ups as a cash out cause I haven’t done them in 3 months .. 🙂

    Finished with 16 seconds to spare !!!
