    I based my numbers off of a 1RM of 80, then I realized my 1RM was actually 105 and did my 75% off that.. It felt to heavy to fast and failed at 6. 🤷‍♀️ .. I am confused right now

    Felt slow and tired today.. gahh
    Then Jeana and I took some sandbags for a 1200m walk.. I took 80, she took a 40#

    Guess I need to re-think my 1RM…

    Approach on ring rows was 60/40 with a quick shake of my wrists until the set of 4s, then unbroken.

    Burpees were just fucking get them done, don’t stop. The burpees felt really good today.

    I lost count in the middle.. after I was done I mentioned that I thought I did round 5 twice to Layne who was sitting at the counter watching and she confirmed it, and that I did this:

    My pull ups clearly killed me today. All one at a time, but by round 5 (or there abouts) I started failing reps. Lots of frustration & foul words 🙁 On a positive note, lots of room for a PR next time this one comes up.
