    2) 10 pushups
    3) 10 v-snaps
    Trying to work on things I suck at these days..

    Then I tried a 20# bear crawl dumbbell push one length of the gym.. Interesting 🤭

    I did not have to try the dumbbell bear crawl with Mel as I still feel the pain of it from 2 days ago.

    Wanted to get 100+
    Stuck with 20 each Rd until the last Rd I did 24. I could do a couple more each Rd next time!!
