*Options – hang or front rack

5×50’ Bear Crawl DB Push

  1. Split squats front squat, 6x per leg/5 sets
    Did all sets at 10# to focus on balance…last couple sets felt MUCH better. I should work on these more…

    Bear Crawl DB Push 50′
    Did 1 set @ 20#’s, was really hard on my wrists

    Did 4 sets low bear crawls wearing 20# weight vest. Realized this was my weight 16 weeks ago.

    Front rack DB squats (5x) 12 reps
    40-50-50 (for 10)-40-40

    D-Ball drags (2x) 50 ft for 5 sets
    Used: 150# D-Ball
    Note: Surprisingly… these lit my arms and grip more than anything else

    Who says you can have fun with scaled workouts 🙂

  3. Split Squats x6/leg
    5 sets – front rack
    10# – 15# – 15# – 20# – 25# (2 left leg, 3 right leg)

    5×50’ Bear Crawl DB Push
    8# – 20# – 30# – 30# (1/2 way and gave up to lay on the floor like a slug) – 20# – 20# (Kevin bullied me in to this last 1/2 set and then bullied some more to make me finish the length of the gym 😂)

    These were worse than sled pushes. If you know me and sled pushes… This is a big deal.
