    200 Burpees – 25 min cap

    Time–> 15:15
    PR of 3:19 from April 2014
    Started with 15 in a minute pace then slowed after 4 minutes.
    Steady to 100(7:16) then 30-20-20-20-10 – Short breaks between chunks.

    200 burpees… I got to 196 at the time cap…

    All without weight, untimed…slow, steady, painful, felt like puking … but I didn’t

    25:15 … only had about 3 left at the time cap and just kept going!

    I’m with Janet, burpees were the best part of today!
