    Little bit of buyers remorse there on the Bear complex. I think I put too much weight on the bar. That Bear was a bit too heavy😜

    QOD: My grandmother had a fancy metal tin of Chinese checkers and taught me how to play when I was a kid. I really liked spending time with her. I’ve looked for a metal tin just like hers in the 16 years since she passed away, but I can never find one.

    I felt a bit out of sorts for todays workout.. I felt like I was forgetting something or not moving fast enough and I moved though the movements to smoothly, then I realized i wasn’t wearing my ruck! 🤣🤣
