    Scaled the Snatches to Cleans as it still hurts to lift my left arm over head. Wasn’t mentally in it today exhausted , cranky kids but got through it.

      As a mom, I remember the early years as challenging with sporadic workouts due to time constraints but you (and your children) will be stronger in the long run as time goes on. When physical health becomes a priority it your life, your family will prioritize it as well! Everybody wins! 💪
