    Slept 3 hours total. Fell asleep at 5am. Woke up at 6:31

    WOD with 135lbs
    Got 1 jerk into 3rd round. Weights were great, running was slow coulda finished if there was a 24:30 time cap

    Went to work saw 31 patients at clinic with no lunch

    Eating sobeys sushi and go to crossfit ball
    Heck of a day following a long weekend of cleaning piss off the ground everywhere

    Tweaked something in my hand on round 2 of front squats when picking up the bar, tried 3 times but couldn’t get a grip. Ended up doing just round 2 front squats without the bar.
