    Janet, Roxanne and Derek joined me for a sandbag workout:
    15 Hug Squats
    10 HPC and Press(any style)
    10 Bent over rows
    10 Deadlifts
    3-5 rounds
    I chose to do 5 rounds and finished in 18:26

    Today the amazing Miss Lynn was my partner!
    We did Cal row in 15s, Thrusters and Wall balls by 10s and pull ups as many as we could do then the other person jumped in..
    I am adapting to the 12# ball.. Apparently we are using the 14# next time.. sigh

      Split the rows, Jeff did most of the Thrusters and Wall balls but we broke up nicely so the other could rest. I did a few more ring rows. Felt good until the wall balls
