    Reduced last sets due to less then ideal form and they weren’t feeling right

    Apparently my squats are a combination of the Carlton dance and Elvis’ twitchy knee dance.. 😂😂

    Side planks I did 55 seconds unbroken each time so I would have time to switch sides.. Mountain climbers I did slow, touching my knee to my elbow each time and I managed 30 each time..
