    At 35 min time cap finished 11 of the 13.5 walks across the gym for the lunges.

    Let me tell you about my day!
    In Open Gym
    I saw the theme for today’s workout, and decided to do 100 8-counts
    I said it out loud, and got started before I could change my mind.. I did It as an Emom, 5 every minute for 20 minutes .. ruck #40

    10am class – 35 min cap
    100m Walking lunge
    100 Push-ups
    100 Medicine-ball cleans (#10)
    100 Pull-ups (ring rows)
    100m Walking lunge
    Finish one before moving on to the next.
    I had 10.5 widths of the gym left at time cap..
    I did push ups on my knees rolling up to my toes..

    As if that wasn’t enough I went on an 8km ruck in the absolute pouring rain with Amanda, Tara, Bobbie-Jo and Sam along with two fur babies.. Maple and Marshmallow.. So.Much.Fun!
