    All Bear Crawls were half length of the gym..
    Ruck curls were like a half assed Kettlebell swing, Push ups felt like death, everything else was manageable 🤣
    Total 180m of Bear Crawls.
    It was a good challenge!

    Pushups – 37.. I beat Janet 😉
    Then i decided to wear my ruck and carry an 80# sand bag for a mile, my fitbit says it took me 24 minutes.. 🤷‍♀️

    Open gym:

    Hip mobility! A couple of coaches and the physiotherapist at the Hopper have noticed some issues that are stemming from hip mobility, so I’ve been dedicating some time to stretching them out. Also struggling with getting full extension and opening up my hips in the Olympic lifts, so I threw in some kettlebell swings after I stretched to work on that.

    Russian KBS: 2 sets of 20 at 35#
    3 sets of 12 at 45#
