    Shoulders are touch and go but found a comfortable place where they didn’t pinch. Thanks Matt for upping the weight during the run.

    Time = 18:48 I think I could push a bit harder on the runs… but I’ll take 12 secs slower than my PR from 3 years ago when I was much younger and lighter. Maybe it’s time to buckle down and get lighter again 🙂

    26 second PR over my best time in 2015, and a minute PR from last year. I’m happy, I thought this one would be a hard one to PR… although I nearly killed myself trying to get under 18 minutes. It was worth it 🙂

    Definitely my most tested workout and one of my all time favs. Although tonight was an absolute struggle on those OHS, my quads are bricks haha someday I’m breaking that sub 13!

    Did some stretching.. trying to work on hip mobility.
    Did 6 sets of shoulder presses, front and back.
