    Had been away for 1.5 month, so was good to get my butt kicked by this workout and be back!!
    Super Muggy this am…4th round got super gross!

    Last time I was 27:02, but last 3 rounds only did 15 reps!

    A bit slower then July 8, 2016’s 27:57rx but really happy with todays performance. All rounds WBs were 2 sets of 15 and Box Jumps sets of 10. Fairly consistent throughout the whole workout. I must admit there was a couple no rep wall balls ;(

    Note for future: Could have perhaps not gone unbroken on the 1st 2 sets of WB. instead try 20-10 all the way.

    At round four I did not see finishing this at the cap. But, I’m glad I did….coming a few reps short at the cap really sucks!

    Was on track to finish this, but had issues in the 4th round and did 1/2 distance & reps for last round in order to finish.
    Today: 4 rounds + 200m+15+15 in 38:44
    2014: 4 rounds + 400m run in 39:37

    so it’s a PR I think..?
    I’ve got some wall ball work to do.

    Thanks Blake! That’s the closest I have come to signing my name on the ‘wall’ yet in almost 4 years – soooo humid.

    Happy just to get there for this WOD; wall balls & box jumps are the two movements that terrify me from just showing up, lol.

    First time doing this ,would like to redo when it’s not so hot haha I scaled to the right amount today also.

    I got some awesome tips for wallballs from Matt when I did double Karen during the open that has helped out alot since .

    Wow it was hot today, I finished round 4 at 28:34 and I had to stop as I had the goosebumps/felt super cold not a good feeling at all, thanks Amanda for everything.
    After 3 min of rest and feeling a bit better at 31:40 decided to finish my last round, last time I finished at 36:56 so no PR.

    P.S. I drank water all evening 😉

    30 Box jump @ 24″ – rebound on last 20 of last set.

    Next time, do larger sets of wb and rebound last 10 box jumps of each round?
