    Both partner do each row while the other holds a KB 53/35 (5 Burpee penalty if KB touches the ground)
    Row 600-500-400-300-200-100 – tried to keep 1:40 or less pace for each row

    I did many reps at 65#. Felt good. Then, some more reps at 75#. And finally I tried 85, but these need more practice.

    WOD at 45# – I held on the full 7 mins.

    Hand snatch practice- make it beautiful
    Used 20# for most of my lifts and used the 35# bar at the end. It’s been my goal for awhile to work on Olympic lifts and get my form on point. Tonight was a great way to kick that off!

    Did the first 2:30 unbroken. Pleased with that.
