    Went light and did rowing while ankle is still healing. Thanks Shane for the tips on thruster pacing, made a HUGE difference and was able to do all sets of thrusters unbroken.

    Kevin made me carry Charlotte in her bucket car seat instead of a med ball… 23.36lbs. I think I will appreciate a med ball much more next time. And plop her in the jogging stroller in case he has any more bright ideas!
