    9:46 – start of run was slow as lower back hurted. finished last 300m strong with a fast run

    best score was 137 squats with an 8:18 run a few years ago

    Focused on sets of 15 and made it to 90, then I counted 24.. so I am not sure if I got to 114 or 124.. either way I beat last years score of 95..

    Monday’s 1 mile time was 9:00 🤷‍♀️
