    Next time need to set up closet to the door and push the runs a little harder.

    WOD as Rx’d

    Doubles were crappy in first round but we’re pretty unbroken after that.
    Situps got tough after the first 40.

  6. Did this today after the 830 class



    Used small door and dodged bodies in the masters class haha so maybe can shave a bit more time off. Those 50 situps felt like an eternity.
