    Didn’t have time to squeeze in the 5th set. Man those were heavy!

    AMRAP in 10 mins:
    8 Deadlifts @ 155#
    16 burpees over bar

    3 rounds plus 8 deadlifts. (Rx weight but the burpees over bar were most definitely NOT Rxd haha)

    Was lighter than supposed to be but it was feeling heavy enough and I had a slight kink/knot in my left glute
