    Went fully inverted but touched the ground with my toes.. .still was a grip-killer

    It started out OK, but then it was all over the place… some mix of inverts (sorta) and toes to ring. Something else to work on.

    I was excited to do this strength!

    Failed on the 55, but I was sooo close!

    I started off with toes through rings and after 3 rounds my chest started hurting(gah) then I did a round of v-snaps, then Kevin had me hang in a contraption from the pull up rig and do knee raises..
    203 ish?!
    I managed 5 toes through the rings, 10 v-snaps, and anywhere from 15 – 18 on the knee raises..
    I also got my 500 class t-shirt today ! Woot woot

    Top rounds were 8, lowest was 3, most were 6. Legitimately wanted to quit after 3 rounds haha

    Legs where dead after rucking the night before

    Reps : 69 , felt good but shoulders where giving out
