    Did my class at 4:00 instead of noon and had a pretty good terrible showing. One of those days… showed up last minute, didn’t warm up properly, wasn’t feeling a lift I am usually good at and struggled through the WOD.

    At the end of it, just had to tell myself that at least I showed up, didn’t quit and learned from the experience.

    Point is… we all have bad days; acknowledge them, learn from them and move on.

    Harder than I anticipated, first round of c2b were unbroken butterfly, that may have been a mistake. The rest were just quick small sets

    Came back for some front squats and another Wod
    Tempo front squats (6 sec down and pause 1sec in the bottom)

    Then amrap in 13 min
    50 alternating dB snatch @ 50#
    40 burpees

    20 hspu’s (kipping)

    My back is still tight from backsquats in Wed. Once I got started into the wod I was more focused on the amount I had to do rather than one at a time, i changed my weight from 85 to 75lbs and Amanda told me to slow down, It helped..
