      I love how both parents show up day after day, and Miss Frankie comes along for the ride. Most people would say “Screw that, I’m staying home, it’s too much work.”
      But Amber and Davis do it anyway. Frankie’s a regular gymrat and she’s not even two😍

    6-8-10 (stepped forward a bit to get the 8 and 10 reps)

    Dumbbell rows: 3×12
    35-45-50 (this felt way harder than last week for some reason)
