*Test – Row 15/10 calories as fast as you can! If under a minute, you’re doing it RX. If not, knock off a calorie (2/1, 4/2, 6/3, etc.)

Death by Calories
Row 3/2 calories in the first minute
Row 6/4 calories in the second minute
Etc.

Come on Mike, it’s only 45 pounds!

    Got to 21 of the 24’s = 105 cal.
    21 + 21 Cal.
    Reset the monitor before every round, except after the 21, because I was too close… So should of maybe been 1 less Calorie.
