    My highlights:
    -I did 6(walking my legs out) burpees today.
    -I also did deadlifts with an actual bar. Yeah, it was a 15# bar, but it was still a bar🙂
    -I rowed half the cal’s with both arms.
    -Mel was coaching and it was exciting.
    -Babies for dayzzzz.
    -Love the 8:30am peeps❤️

    I’m also going to start posting my weight here every week to keep myself accountable. I gained 12# back from eating myself to death during my “Do I have a brain tumour, no it’s a neurological disorder” time.

    (And no, it’s not brave to post my weight. Ya’ll have eyes and know exactly what I look like. And besides, it’s just a number, not an indication of my self worth🙂)

      It’s nice to know I’m not the only one who has bad setbacks with the healthy eating lol this week has been “didn’t get picked for a job I deserved so I’m gunna eat and drink all the things”. But the point is we always get back on track! 😀

    This was tough! My legs are toast from doing Double Under attempts yesterday for the first time in over a year!!!!! I broke all sets in 2. Also need to work on cardio as the row winded me.
