Registration in Zen Planner will be open at 8am and close at 12pm. You must decide if you’re doing Rx’d, Scaled, OR Modified in advance (explanation below). Once a heat is full, it’s full. When you arrive at the gym, your name will be on the whiteboard for your specific heat. If you can judge, put your name under an athlete’s name.

We will have a athlete/judges meeting at 5:15. The first heat will start at 5:30. There will be a 5 minute transition between heats.

Come early, get in a solid warm-up, and bring your A-game.

*Spirit points – Each person can bring in 3 non-perishables. The team with the most items wins the 5 spirit points. There will be an Extra bin if you decide to bring more than 3.

2 rounds for time of:
100 double-unders
20 overhead squats
100 double-unders
12 ring muscle-ups
100 double-unders
20 dumbbell snatches
100 double-unders
12 bar muscle-ups

Men perform 115-lb. OHS, 50-lb. DB snatches
Women perform 80-lb. OHS, 35-lb. DB snatches

Scaled: Single unders, 45/35# OHS, 35/25# DB, Chin-over Bar Pullups

Modified: Single unders, 45/35# OHS, 35/25# DB, Ring Rows (NOT jumping pull-ups)

Time cap: 14 minutes

    916 at 13:56.

    Couldn’t get to the bar in time to get one last pull-up.

    skipping was mostly unbroken, fast skips, OHS unbroken, Snatch Unbroken, Pull ups mostly 6 and 6. I think I could have sped up the transitions a bit to possibly finish.

    Did the workout this morning as I’ve been off 4 days with a cold and wasn’t sure how I would feel still being congested a bit.

    Doubles are still a challenge, muscle ups even more so. Not satisfied with this one, weaknesses exposed big time. Guess what I’m working on this year…
