A lot of similar moves from yesterday, but sung to a different tune. I’m guessing this one will be a little softer.

Rows: maintained the 12 cal in ~38-40 sec each set. After first 2 pulls, rest were ~1 cal per pull.

Deadlifts: Felt awful coming off a cold…but did unbroken first 2 sets, then 7/3, 7/3, 6/4, 4/4/2

Planks: All unbroken, and 60 seconds on last set

Was super happy I got all 12 cal in each minute (around 40-43 second mark) except the last minute I only made it to 11 calories by the 50 sec mark.

I only made it to 10 calories on two of my rows. Felt a little slow and weak tonight as I’m fighting through a cold. Still happy with my results!
