    My T2B are slow, 14# is heavy for me for WBs, and my DUs are close, but slow…. all 3 of these in a WOD made it long and laborious!

    27-21-15-9
    Cals
    Alt db snatches (70/50#)
    Burpees
    😵😵😵

    Got off the rower after the last 9 cals annnddd we get called out for a medical. Off I went as I sweaty mess. Time was at 18:58, came back and finished last 18 reps in :56 for a total time of 19:55
    Db snatches killed me.
