    Stay to WOD with Leanne at 10. Great job on those jumping squats Leanne! They killed me.

    Thusters & C & J Weight was 45#…felt just right!
    C & J Reps at end of each round:

    35 of 70 thrusters @ 50# – 2/3 clean and jerks

    45 of 90 jumping squats – 8/17 clean and jerks
