    Just under the wire. DU’s Gods were not in my favour this morning. MBC’s were very slow. Lots of room for improvement on this one.

    Felt nice for it to be light after the last few weeks

    WOD was an epic fail.
    I had a pretty bad vertigo atta k after the first set of med ball clean and couldn’t finish it all cause the entire room was spinning 🙁 so sad it was the first workout since I started I couldn’t completely finish…
    At 15:42 when I finished I had done Rx workout and stopped after the 30 med ball cleans in the second round. I’m happy I stayed RX but not happy I couldn’t finish.

    Also was my first day back after four days off because I worked on call all weekend and put in 42 hours in 3 days at the hospital.. definitely takes a toll on your body.
