    One-armed dumbbell snatch (1 rep with each arm = 1 set) – 10# – 15# – 15# – 15# – 15#
    Not sure how many sets I did, but they felt good at the end.

    Squat Snatch – subbed for alternating one-armed dumbbell squat snatch with 15# DB(18 – 12 – 6 for reps)
    Burpee Box Jump – subbed for down-up & step-up on 12″ box.

    I actually embraced the suck as they say and just kept trying..
