    Well today was a doozy!
    Competed in my first crossfit competition at mayhem Saturday!
    did the scaled divison and tied for 8th out of 25 women. First competition and only been doing crossfit for 3 months so I’ll take that placing for sure!
    Also PR my clean and jerk at the comp for 145# 😀

    Today’s workout:

    65-75-85-90-95#(only two measley reps)

    WOD:
    15-12-9
    Push press 80#
    C2b (did like 5 then realized how tired my shoulders were so the rest were mainly kipping regular pull ups)
    Burpees over bar
    Toes to bar

    Time = 14:43

    Wasn’t rx but was close. Happy I could even do that much today with how tired my muscles still were!

    Next time to be based on a 115 max. Original max was 125 my 1st year of CrossFit.
