    30 kipping chest to ring pull ups (sets of 4-5 mostly)
    20 OHS (65#) did in two sets of 10
    20 kipping chest to ring pull ups (sets of 1-3)

    Time = 10:32

    Well frig those kipping chest to ring pull ups are a lot harder then chest to bar lol omg gonna be sore tomorrow !!

    Random skill stuff –
    Parallel ring rows 7+4
    Ring Hold X2 (didn’t time them because I didn’t think I could do more than a couple seconds, will time next time)
    Pull up (just 1, shoulder felt funny)
    Tried alternating shoulder pull ups, just got one this time, still felt off on the shoulder
    Beat swings
    T2B 4 unbroken

    Still need to build up the shoulder strength, dies off fast but it is coming along much better than expected

    30 ohs @ 115#
    15 mu’s
    20 ohs
    10 mu’s
    Did 11 of the 15 on the rings then did the rest with bar mu’s.
    The combination of presses ohs and mu’s really tired the shoulder out. Very happy with the progress so far.
    It’s a little discouraging by times having to build back up. But I am happy with the progress. 🙂
