    Skipping- happy face
    Physio wanted me to skip “a little” and see what happened. So, I alternated the first 6 rounds between skipping and the swinging the skipping ball thingies. I’ll know tomorrow if it was a good idea or not. If I’m not hobbling around, I’ll be happy. It’s so hard to reign yourself in and only give partial effort. Like way harder than I expected.
