    Had trouble starting on the 5 min, as I pushed the wrong button on the rower, so lost 15 sec. could of maybe finished my 5th rounds had I gone extra 15 sec?

    My row was 3:53 which is a 11 sec PR for me

    Not sure what I did to my back but I definitely tweaked it tonight… I’ll probably have to take a rest day tomorrow 🙁

    I brought a friend to rhe 7pm and she was unable to row so I offered to run to the 800m with her.. We were a bit disorganized coming back in and was a minute getting to my
    burpees. . Kudos to the folks who regularly do evening classes after a long day at work and manage to throw down.. I felt like I was draggng my butt the whole 12 minutes!
    3 rounds plus 9 burpees. . 99reps
