    missed the last 3 classes due to damn cold!

    Somehow slowest run is faster than i expected the best one to be. Maybe the flu made me stronger over the weekend.
    4:39 is a 41sec pr since mini murph this summer, and 31sec pr from pre-surgery best of 5:10

    I was determined to keep my runs under 4 minutes, then I was determined not to pass out or trip over my tired legs.. Then I focused on trying to catch Davis .. I am happy with my numbers!!

    Got WOD/Baby-brain after the first 1000m that was over 5 minutes… Forgot what Matt said the scaling options were (1000m x 3 rounds or 500m x 4 rounds) and ended up making my own modification. Oops.
    Still ended up rowing 2500m and getting really sweaty.
