    *first round destroyed me, second round hung on for dear life. The new wallball is no joke, though I enjoyed it. Deadlifts felt heavy but pushed through. Someday I’ll beat Kevin at wallballs, but by then he’ll probably be using a walker to get around. And that’s still not a guarantee.
