    Last round of burpees I did my last rep in the 10 seconds remaining.
    Last round of Thrusters I broke… 5-5-5 but managed to finish within the minute.

    Did 5 reps each, working on proper movement/mobility. Used 12″ box with 25lb plate to work on getting my form correct.
