    I’d like to be able to time travel and teleport but I’d probably choose teleport!

    100 pound 100 foot d ball carry
    15 sit ups
    200 m run
    15 KBS (35#)
    250m row

    30 sec skipping

    6am class:
    Good mornings – sets of 20
    35-55-75-85#

    WOD:
    10 overhead squats
    10 hand release burpees

    5 rounds at 7 mins; first round I did with 45# plate, then I did 25# plate for the other 4 rounds

    OCT.28/16: 5R + 6 burpees, but with a 25# plate. I thought all morning that I did the 45# plate last year too, so feeling much better about today now 🙂 the 45# was very awkward to get overhead, but fine once there!

    10 Overhead Lunges (45#) – as fast as possible (less time under tension for my shoulders)
    10 Hand Release Burpees – steady pace, kept close to it the whole way

    7 rounds and 4 lunges but i forgot to lift my hands on the first 4 burpess so I gave myself a penalty.

    Total reps 140 Rx’d

    I am going to say teleport.. Get more sleep , and no wasting time traveling..

    I would have used a 35# if we had it..
    Mel did a boo-boo and did sets of 7 .. 92 reps
    I am curious if I would have had as many reps doing the sets of 10.. 🙊
