    DU – one trip at 70
    Burps – first 20 felt good, sets of 10 with short break after
    DL – 12+8+5

    Happy to have this done before the HEAT!

        I like to get the fan moving quickly. Then after 30-45 sec, taper into my pace. The last 50m was more like 1:55 as an active recovery. I also knew I could catch my breath on the doubles.
