    Sets of 5:
    35-55-65-75#

    Sets of 3:
    85-95#

    Ring dips: 4 sets of 5 with toes on the ground
    Few ring holds too

    100 leg levers

    New PR for snatch because my power snatch was 5 reps at 55#
    Never done snatch balance before today!

    Great class though, minus the ring dips 😛
