    I struggled with my OHS for the practice, but once it was go time I found my focus.. I am still struggling with zero energy, body aches and tiredness, but I got it done.. i am working on staying hydrated these days..
    30 seconds on the clock when I headed out for my run to finish the 4th round..

    Really didn’t think I’d finish the 6th round, but pushed hard knowing it’s a hero wod. Then had extra time for a few more squats.
