    Pull-ups 28 – 23 – 25 – 21 – 20 = 117

    Last time was 100 / 110. Used the data from last time to make sure I did at least a few more every set.
    Other highlights include driving to work like a T-rex.

    So there I was minding my own business, looking forward to a nice open gym session – sumo deadlifts & planks & box jumps oh my! But next thing you know I’m doing max pushups and pull-ups with a coach! BAH JUST DO IT I thought. IT WILL BE FUN I thought… well what an @#$% I am.
