    That extra foot on the wall balls were tough. My face was stinging from all the sweat.

    I did this WOD on Saturday as well. Had to modify to abmat sit-ups as I didn’t have a pull-up bar and used a 54# KB. Did it in 18:49. I was happy with today’s time with the heavier weight and K2E.

    That was a sweaty one. If you are coming later, bring a towel. You will need it.

    Scaled a bit but kept the intensity up as much as possible. Felt good to be able to squat to depth!
    No shoulder issues so Rx next time!
