    My gosh that was difficult. All unbroken except for round 5 of WB but my breaks between movements were long and I was about ready to cry a couple times haha post vacay emotions ✌🏼

    completed 5 rounds + 2 WBs at time cap
    first day back after 6 days off.
    this WOD annihilated me.
    runs were real slow after 4 rounds…walked a bit for last 2 runs
    rope climbs were demanding and destroyed my arms so had a real hard time stringing WBs
    This WOD can go to hell lol!

      After the Wod, did my running program
      30 min with a set heart rate pace and some sprints in the middle!!

      I hope this running helps!!!

    Finished 5 rounds 5 wall balls at 25 minute cap.
    This killed me… Swearing, sweating, almost crying, lots of gasping.

    5 Rounds + 10 Push Presses at 25 min. time cap. Soooo close to finishing. All reps were unbroken, but the runs were really slow & my breaks between movements were long. I did this in the heat of the 4 p.m. class,…..I like the temperature much better at 6 a.m. ! 4 p.m. folks were great though. Nice to see & meet some new faces.
