    Well I survived! I was happy with my time today.. My feet haven’t been happy with me and well, the workout was a doozy!
    Then I volunteered to do some extra fitness ‘No Show Burpees’ with Tara and Roxanne to clear Miss Krissie’s name off the board..

    That was a tough one but I really enjoyed it! I like…well..ok.. “prefer”….the run/lift/run/lift workouts. Thanks, Matt!
    Kudos to Aubrey who finished the workout even though he had to leave about 15 mins in! Came back to complete it on his own. That’s fitness integrity at it’s best!
