    5 x 10 @ 50#. Did 5 strict ring rows with left arm

    Wod 12:34 with hollow holds and double unders

    Kinda was dumb with the du’s, did 92 unbroken and my right shoulder got really tight and made then next bunch of du’s very hard. Hollow holds were horrible, last set of du’s came back to normal.. Unbroken
